To make changes to your order, it is necessary to check the regulation of the event and, if there are no restrictions, you can make a request to our Participant Relationship Center. ***Remembering that exchanges are only made during the open enrollment period, after which it is necessary to check the possibility directly with the organization of the event.
The request must be forwarded by e-mail with the following information: Your order number; Event name; Enrollee's full name; identification number of the registrant; Desired change.
***Important: Our team will analyze the request sent in accordance with the regulation of the event and will respond within 48 business hours. In case registrations are closed, it will not be possible to carry out the exchange and we recommend direct contact with the organizing company of the event.
