- REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
When registering with TICKET SPORTS, you will need to fill out a form containing your personal information necessary for us to identify you and process future registration charges.
The required information includes: name, email, identification document (ID, RNE, Passport), CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), date of birth, gender, city, state, and phone number.
Additionally, you will need to complete a registration form created by the race and/or event organizer in which you intend to participate. These pieces of information:
a) are solely and exclusively chosen by the organizer, who is solely responsible for the creation of the registration form.
b) will be stored on Ticket Sports' servers for the duration determined in the contract with the organizer, and may be deleted after the end of service provision if requested.
c) will not be used by Ticket Sports for any purposes.
d) may be accessed, used, and copied by the event organizer.
THE EVENT ORGANIZER is an independent agent of TICKET SPORTS, and they are responsible for how they will use this data.
By registering for an event, you acknowledge that TICKET SPORTS has no responsibility for how the ORGANIZER will use your data.
If you are registering/purchasing on behalf of a third party, we will request the third party's data, and in this case, you must have their authorization to do so and be responsible for ensuring that they are aware of and agree to our terms of purchase and privacy.
- AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
We automatically collect information about you when you access or use the Services (including when you interact with our website, emails, advertisements, or events). We use various now and future-developed technologies to collect this information, including the following:
Log files. Log files are files that record and store data about the use of the Services, such as IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, and date/time stamps.
Web Beacons (Tracking Pixels). Web beacons are small graphic images, also known as "internet tags" or "clear gifs," embedded in web pages, email messages, and advertisements. Web beacons are often used in combination with cookies to track the activity of a specific browser on a specific device. Web beacons can be used to count the number of visitors to the Services, monitor how users navigate the Services, and count views of content. We may also embed web beacons or third-party SDKs that allow us to track our conversions, deliver advertising both within and outside the Services, and provide additional functionality, such as the ability to connect our Services to your social media account.
Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is a programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Services. It is temporarily downloaded to your device from our web server or a third party we work with, is active only while you are connected to the Services, and is deleted or disabled afterward.
Location Identification Technologies. GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, and other location recognition technologies may be used when you enable location-based services through your device. The data collected from location can be used for purposes such as verifying your location and delivering or restricting relevant content based on your location.
In-app tracking methods. When you download or use our mobile applications or access one of our unique mobile-optimized websites, we may receive information about your mobile device. There are various tracking technologies that may be included in mobile apps and are not browser-based like cookies and cannot be controlled by browser settings. Some use device identifiers or other identifiers such as "ad IDs" to associate app user activity with a specific app and track user activity in apps.
- HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use information about you to:
- Manage your registration for a specific event.
- Respond to your requests or correspondence and provide customer support.
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, information about changes in our policies, support and administrative messages, as outlined in section 3.3 below.
- Improve Ticket Sports' products and services.
- Send advertisements and communicate with you about our products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events that we believe you may be interested in, provided you authorize such communication, as outlined in section 3.4 below.
- Fulfill any other purpose disclosed to you and with your consent.
- Conduct surveys, provided you authorize them, as outlined in section 3.1 below.
- Transmit the information to the organizer, as expressly stated in section 1 above.
- Send event kits and products in which you are registered when the organization offers this option.
- Generate invoices and validate necessary data to prevent fraud related to credit cards and other payment methods.
During the registration process, you will be asked if you authorize receiving surveys via email.
When conducting surveys via email or through the website, the requested data serves as strategic information for the development of new projects and is always analyzed collectively, never individually.
The results of the surveys will always be anonymized (meaning they will lose the possibility of association, directly or indirectly, with an individual) and, after anonymization, may be disclosed to partners and the press, as well as used to generate reports and research disclosed to partners and the press.
3.2. EMAIL NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
During the registration process, you will be asked if you authorize receiving some newsletters from TICKET SPORTS and/or our partners. We ask that you only select the newsletters you wish to receive, as by doing so, you authorize the sending of email messages about the topics covered in each newsletter. Some of the newsletters we send are:
- Ticket Sports Newsletter: Sent a maximum of once a week, it consists of the agenda of events from TICKET SPORTS, which can be segmented by state and other criteria. Its purpose is to keep you informed about upcoming events that we believe may be of interest to you.
- Ticket Sports Partners' Newsletters: Sent a maximum of once a day, it promotes events, products, and services from TICKET SPORTS partners that we believe may be of interest to you.
- Webrun Newsletter / Assessocor Newsletter / Blog Correria Newsletter / Others: During the purchase process, these and other options for partner newsletters may be displayed. If you select this option, your contact information will be provided to these partners, and they will use it according to their own privacy rules.
Note that newsletters are only sent if you choose to receive them during registration or when making a purchase on the platform.
You can later unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email received.
All messages sent by TICKET SPORTS are identified with our name or logo to make you aware of the sender.
3.3. TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGES, EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS, AND TICKET SPORTS COMMUNICATIONS
Regardless of whether you agree to receive newsletters from TICKET SPORTS and our partners, once a purchase order is placed for one of our events platform, we will send email messages related to your order, such as purchase confirmation, order cancellation, and relevant updates until the event takes place, as well as subsequent result/certificate announcements.
All communication from TICKET SPORTS to you will be conducted via email, so it's important to keep your email address up to date. If you use spam filters, please authorize the receipt of all messages from the domain ticketsports.com.br.
If provided for in the Regulations, as determined by the organizer and if authorized by you at the time of contracting, these same communications may also be sent via SMS.
4. INFORMATION SECURITY
We have implemented a series of security measures to ensure maximum protection of your data. Registration and payment information is transmitted through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Payment data provided during the purchase process is not stored on our servers and is not provided to the EVENT ORGANIZER.
5. RIGHT TO INFORMATION
At any time, you may request information about your personal data stored in our system, as well as request their rectification and/or deletion.
