Important: Refunds and Cancellation related to events in Brasil!
Below, we list some policies that are followed in cases of requests for cancellation of subscriptions.
In case of regret of the purchase, regardless of the reason, the amount paid will be refunded provided that:
- It is requested by the official Ticket Sports service channel through the contact form within 7 calendar days after the purchase, be it a face-to-face or virtual event. The amount will be refunded in full if requested within 7 days;
- Be approved by the organization of the event before sending the kit, in the case of a virtual event;
- Event is not closed or sold out.
In case of regret of the purchase, regardless of the reason, the amount paid will be refunded provided that it is requested within 7 calendar days after placing the order and provided that it is less than 72 hours from the start of the event (or its delivery kit if available). In these cases, if the order was paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same card used and will be credited on your next or subsequent invoice. If the order has been paid with a bank slip, the refund will be made to the bank account of the person responsible for the order within 10 working days after being notified.
Due to the pandemic, according to LAW Nº 14.046, of August 24, 2020, we need the authorization of the event organizer to carry out any cancellation and reversal to participants, in relation to registrations that exceed the period of 7 days after the date of purchase:
Art. 2nd In the event of postponement or cancellation of services, reservations and events, including concerts and performances, due to the state of public calamity recognized by Legislative Decree No. 6, of March 20, 2020, and the public health emergency of international importance resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, the service provider or business company (ORGANIZER) will not be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer (PARTICIPANT), provided that they ensure:
I - the rescheduling of services, reservations and postponed events; or
II - the availability of credit for use or reduction in the purchase of other services, reservations and events available in the respective companies;
When the cancellation of the order is confirmed by the organizer and communicated to Ticket Sports, the refund method will be communicated via email.
If the request is made after the period of 7 consecutive days from the purchase or after the event date, the decision is at the discretion of the event organizer, and it is up to you to contact them directly, as mentioned above. The chargeback refund may be deducted from the service fee, understanding that it is a service delivered, thus incurring costs involved in the financial operation
